Ecommerce Operation and Strategy Manager

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in E-commerce Operations or Related Field

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but significant experience will also be considered

Location: P&T society, Korangi, Karachi

Timings: Monday-Saturday (10am-7pm)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced E-commerce Operations and Strategy Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our online business. This role will drive efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will lead a team, monitor courier operations, customer support, and product visibility, ensuring timely dispatch and return handling, while also developing strategies to optimize stock and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily E-commerce operations, including courier management, customer support, and order fulfillment
• Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and accountability
• Audit and monitor stock movement, identify slow-moving inventory, and implement strategies to clear dead stock
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all products have updated content and visibility
• Develop and implement operational strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Ensure all operations comply with quality standards and timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 2-3 years in E-commerce operations or supply chain management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth understanding of online sales platforms, logistics, and customer service
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
