<div>The Volunteer Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for guests at the recreation center. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, safe, and positive experience for patrons by providing friendly customer service, accurate information, and general front desk support. Volunteers must be able to cover 1-3 shifts per week. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 8 - 10:00 am and 4 - 6:00 pm<br>
</div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div>
<div><i>The following are examples of primary duties assigned to this volunteer position.</i></div>
<ul><li>Greet patrons in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner</li>
<li>Assist with basic member check-ins, and pass verification as directed by staff</li>
<li>Communicate concerns, incidents, or patron feedback to staff</li>
<li>Occasionally provide information about recreation programs &amp; facilities.</li>
</ul><div><b>Position Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude</li>
<li>Ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds</li>
<li>Basic computer skills preferred</li>
<li>Must be punctual and dependable</li>
<li>Must be at least 15 years of age.</li>
</ul><div><b>Physical Demands and Work Environment</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods</li>
<li>Ability to interact in a busy, public environment</li>
