Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Website Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. This role requires a blend of technical skills and marketing knowledge to create effective online experiences that drive engagement and conversions.Duties<ul><li>Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools for keyword research, on-page optimization, and tracking website analytics.</li><li>Create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences.</li><li>Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Advertising.</li><li>Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing web elements using Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Execute email marketing campaigns and manage marketing automation processes.</li><li>Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and performance marketing strategies.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology advancements.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proficiency in WordPress and content management systems is essential.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEM, Google Ads, and performance marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking website performance.</li><li>Experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL for database management is beneficial but not required.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for various audiences.</li><li>Background in B2B marketing or e-commerce is advantageous.</li><li>Previous experience in social media management and email marketing campaigns is preferred.
