Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Website Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. This role requires a blend of technical skills and marketing knowledge to create effective online experiences that drive engagement and conversions.

Duties

• Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance.
• Utilize SEO tools for keyword research, on-page optimization, and tracking website analytics.
• Create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Advertising.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing web elements using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and manage marketing automation processes.
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and performance marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology advancements.

Experience

• Proficiency in WordPress and content management systems is essential.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEM, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking website performance.
• Experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL for database management is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for various audiences.
• Background in B2B marketing or e-commerce is advantageous.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
