<div>Job Title: Home Health Accounting Clerk 
Location: Austintown, Ohio 
Pay: $16.00 per hour 
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday&ndash;Friday
Job Summary: 
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Home Health Accounting Clerk to join our team in Austintown, Ohio. This position will support the daily financial operations of a growing home health agency by assisting with billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, data entry, and general office accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
</li><li>Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
</li><li>Enter financial data accurately into accounting software
</li><li>Support payroll processing and employee timekeeping records
</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and internal records
</li><li>Prepare reports for management as needed
</li><li>Maintain organized financial files and confidential records
</li><li>Assist with Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing documentation when needed
</li><li>Answer phones and provide administrative support as assigned
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required
</li><li>Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience preferred
</li><li>Experience in healthcare or home health setting is a plus
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy
</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills
</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality
