Join Our Team ! &ndash; We&rsquo;re Looking for a Talented Female Arabic Receptionist!We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Arabic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic experience. If you are passionate about customer service, have a strong background in the healthcare industry, and possess excellent communication and marketing skills, we would love to have you on our team!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist patients upon arrival.</li><li>Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.</li><li>Manage patient records and maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li><li>Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and data entry.</li><li>Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of daily clinic operations.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction.</li><li>Answer Instagram inquiries and engage with potential clients through social media.</li><li>Convert leads to bookings by actively following up on inquiries and providing details about services.</li><li>Stay updated on Dubai Statistics and other DHA regulations to ensure clinic operations comply with local standards.</li><li>Provide knowledge and assistance related to aesthetic, dermatology, and dental treatments to clients.</li></ul>Eligibility Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in English is a must.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) is an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist in an aesthetic, dermatology, or dental clinic is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Dubai Statistics and DHA regulations.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.</li><li>Experience with social media marketing, specifically Instagram.</li><li>Strong marketing skills with an ability to generate leads and convert them into appointments.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor.</li><li>Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their updated CV along with a recent photograph to hrd.moonlightpolyclinic(at)gmail.com or send it directly to 0523283083.Good luck!Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
