Administrative Assistant &ndash; Raleigh Regular Full-Time PositionMoore &amp; Alphin, PLLC is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Raleigh office. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting daily operations and helping ensure the office runs efficiently.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive energy, and a professional, team-oriented demeanor.We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), long-term disability, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with strong phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document review to maintain accurate and organized records</li><li>Prepare correspondence, reports, and scheduling using Microsoft Office</li><li>Provide general administrative and clerical support, including scanning, copying, and supply management</li><li>Support basic bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Respond to client and team inquiries promptly and professionally</li><li>Assist with general office organization and day-to-day operational needs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of two years of office or administrative experience</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>High level of reliability, professionalism, and confidentiality</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Experience with billing and invoicing</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy</li><li>Experience managing multi-line phone systems</li><li>Excellent proofreading and document review skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Customer service mindset with a friendly and professional approach</li></ul>Moore &amp; Alphin, PLLC has been serving the Triangle&rsquo;s real estate closing needs for over 25 years and works with many of the top homebuilders in North Carolina.
