Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven nursery environment.About You<ul><li>Strong background in commercial nursery production, growing, or operations, looking to move or step up into a Nursery Management role.</li><li>Confident people manager with experience leading and developing teams.</li><li>Solid understanding of plant husbandry, crop maintenance, and pest and disease control</li><li>Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in a busy, changing environment.</li><li>Comfortable managing processes, planning workloads, and maintaining records.</li><li>IT literate (Excel and Word essential)</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li><li>Flexible with weekend work on a rota basis</li></ul>What's Next?Apply with your CV below or contact Sarah on (phone number removed) or (url removed) for a confidential chat.
