 Role description and responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Providing comprehensive legal advice and preparing detailed legal memoranda in both English and Turkish for the firm&rsquo;s domestic and international clients regarding complex disputes, based on thorough legal research and analysis conducted both independently and under supervision.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drafting and compiling petitions in different stages of a dispute both English and Turkish.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Representing clients and attending hearings at various stages of dispute proceedings before mediators, courts, and arbitral tribunals.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Actively participating in project teams to support the development and provision of appropriate legal solutions to clients.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assisting senior lawyers and partners in negotiating, preparing, and drafting agreements, settlements, and other legal documents as required.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2-4 years of professional experience as a Turkish-qualified lawyer with a leading domestic or international law firm, specializing in commercial dispute resolution practice.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Expertise and experience in enforcement and procedural law.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong commercial acumen and practical problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex legal, commercial, and business issues while maintaining awareness of broader strategic objectives.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Law degree from a reputable law school with excellent academic performance. Completion of an LL.M. program from a recognized law school in Turkey or internationally is preferred.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory. TOEFL and IELTS certifications are advantageous, as are additional foreign language skills. We typically require a minimum TOEFL score of 105 or an IELTS (Academic) score of 7.0.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service or obtained a deferment for a minimum period of two years.
