Job Overview We are a Colorado-based law firm seeking a skilled and organized paralegal or legal assistant to join our team of three attorneys. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that spans case management, court filings, and trial support. The ideal candidate brings prior paralegal or court experience, a working knowledge of the Colorado Court System, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Familiarity with family law and criminal law is strongly preferred.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer phones and conduct client intakes with professionalism and care</li><li>Assist attorneys at trials, mediations, and hearings</li><li>Organize, label, and manage discovery materials</li><li>Review and organize extensive financial documentation for Sworn Financial Statements and written discovery</li><li>Handle case management from intake through resolution</li><li>Communicate and correspond with clients regularly</li><li>Prepare and submit filings with the Colorado Court System</li><li>Manage calendaring and scheduling for three attorneys</li><li>Provide general administrative and office support</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience as a paralegal or in a court setting &mdash; required</li><li>Demonstrated familiarity with Colorado Court Systems</li><li>Background in family law and/or criminal law &mdash; preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Experience working with Clio</li><li>Familiarity with billable hours</li><li>Experience with Math4Law or Family Law Software - preferred</li></ul>Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Glenwood Springs, CO 81602
