We are a fast-growing mortgage technology company looking for a high-energy, sharp, well-spoken sales professional to run product demos, follow up with inbound leads, and close new users into our subscription platform.This role is part-time with strong earning potential and is perfect for a motivated salesperson who wants to grow with a rising fintech company.About the RoleYou&rsquo;ll be the primary point of contact for inbound leads. Your job is simple:<ul><li>Run 1:1 Zoom demos</li><li>Show loan officers how the software works</li><li>Close them on the call</li><li>Follow up with warm inbound leads who didn&rsquo;t convert</li><li>Call, email, and text engaged prospects daily</li></ul>We generate daily inbound demos and have a growing database of warm leads ready for follow-up.Responsibilities<ul><li>Run 10&ndash;20+ demos per week via Zoom</li><li>Contact new inbound leads quickly</li><li>Call, text, and email warm prospects to book demos</li><li>Present the product confidently</li><li>Help prospects sign up during or immediately after the demo</li><li>Follow a proven sales process (and help refine it)</li><li>Keep notes and activity organized inside our CRM</li><li>Provide light Saturday morning coverage</li><li>Hit monthly sales targets</li></ul>QualificationsMust-Have:<ul><li>Well-spoken and articulate on Zoom</li><li>Excellent professional writing skills</li><li>High energy, high empathy, low ego</li><li>Confident closer</li><li>Organized, punctual, reliable</li><li>Coachable and process-driven</li><li>Motivated by results</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Some college coursework in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or similar</li><li>OR equivalent real-world experience</li><li>1&ndash;3 years in sales, inside sales, support, SDR, or customer-facing roles</li><li>Experience running Zoom calls, presentations, or demos</li><li>Experience in mortgage, lending, real estate, SaaS, or fintech (a bonus but not required)</li><li>Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM</li></ul>Bonus points if you&rsquo;ve sold or supported:<ul><li>SaaS</li><li>CRM systems</li><li>Marketing services</li><li>Fintech products</li><li>Mortgage/LO tools</li></ul>Compensation StructureThis position offers a blended structure of hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses.Earning potential:<ul><li>$4,000&ndash;$7,500+ per month</li><li>Top performers can grow into full-time and earn significantly more</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Light Saturday coverage</li><li>Flexible hours, but must be available for demos during U.S. business hours</li></ul>Who You AreYou thrive in this role if you are:<ul><li>Clean-cut, polished, professional on camera</li><li>Positive, upbeat, and trustworthy</li><li>A strong communicator</li><li>Hungry to win without being pushy</li><li>Calm, patient, and confident with loan officers</li><li>Structured, reliable, and deadline-oriented</li><li>A team player who communicates well</li></ul>If this sounds like you, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.
