We are a fast-growing mortgage technology company looking for a high-energy, sharp, well-spoken sales professional to run product demos, follow up with inbound leads, and close new users into our subscription platform.
This role is part-time with strong earning potential and is perfect for a motivated salesperson who wants to grow with a rising fintech company.
About the Role
You’ll be the primary point of contact for inbound leads. Your job is simple:
- Run 1:1 Zoom demos
- Show loan officers how the software works
- Close them on the call
- Follow up with warm inbound leads who didn’t convert
- Call, email, and text engaged prospects daily
We generate daily inbound demos and have a growing database of warm leads ready for follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Run 10–20+ demos per week via Zoom
- Contact new inbound leads quickly
- Call, text, and email warm prospects to book demos
- Present the product confidently
- Help prospects sign up during or immediately after the demo
- Follow a proven sales process (and help refine it)
- Keep notes and activity organized inside our CRM
- Provide light Saturday morning coverage
- Hit monthly sales targets
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Well-spoken and articulate on Zoom
- Excellent professional writing skills
- High energy, high empathy, low ego
- Confident closer
- Organized, punctual, reliable
- Coachable and process-driven
- Motivated by results
Preferred Experience:
- Some college coursework in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or similar
- OR equivalent real-world experience
- 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, support, SDR, or customer-facing roles
- Experience running Zoom calls, presentations, or demos
- Experience in mortgage, lending, real estate, SaaS, or fintech (a bonus but not required)
- Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM

Compensation Structure
This position offers a blended structure of hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses.
Earning potential:
- $4,000–$7,500+ per month
- Top performers can grow into full-time and earn significantly more
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Light Saturday coverage
- Flexible hours, but must be available for demos during U.S. business hours
