Agilex delivers a payment solution that increases security, drives internal efficiencies, and strengthens relationships between clients and their vendors.The Payments Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Agilex clients with their payment-related needs. This position ensures smooth, accurate processing and helps maintain the high level of service our clients expect.What you receive:<ul><li>An exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization within a dynamic team.</li><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Benefits include a 401k plan with match, PTO, and holiday pay.</li></ul>Payments Coordinator Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</li><li>Prepare and process daily payments using proprietary software</li><li>Track, reconcile, and drive transactions for client payment files</li><li>Communicate with clients to resolve invoice discrepancies</li><li>Create customized reports based on client needs</li><li>Perform data entry and generate internal reports</li><li>Prepare weekly Excel reports</li><li>Support the Managing Director with projects and tasks</li><li>Complete additional duties as assigned</li></ul>Payments Coordinator Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in accounting or finance</li><li>Experience with outbound phone calls preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>A proactive, solutions-focused mindset</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li></ul>If you enjoy building strong relationships, take pride in accuracy, and feel energized when your work directly contributes to client success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
