Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Visual Content Creation: Design high-impact visual assets for digital, print, and brand communications, including promotional videos, infographics, tutorials, reels, and other multimedia formats.</li><li>Brand Storytelling &amp; Strategy: Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives that align with brand strategy, goals, and audience needs.</li><li>Cross-Platform Content Development: Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats&mdash;graphic design, video, social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Doodly, Canva, and Vimeo or similar programsto deliver polished, on-brand creative assets.</li><li>Creative Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and leadership to understand project requirements and deliver cohesive campaigns.</li><li>Content Strategy Execution: Support and contribute to content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion across various channels.</li><li>SEO &amp; Optimization: Apply SEO best practices in all digital content to enhance visibility and search engine performance. Optimize graphics and copy for digital platforms.</li><li>Content Distribution &amp; Performance Monitoring: Distribute content across relevant channels (social media, email, website) and track performance using analytics tools, refining strategies based on results.</li><li>Quality Control: Proofread and edit all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all outputs.</li><li>Industry Awareness &amp; Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital design, marketing, and technology, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 5 &ndash; 6 years of professional experience in graphic design and digital marketing.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia content, branding, and measurable results.</li><li>Proficiency in design and editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, Doodly, Vimeo, etc.</li><li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual thinking skills.</li><li>Experience in financial services, fintech, or collections industry is a strong plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).</li><li>Open-minded and culturally aware with a growth mindset.</li></ul>Please attach the portfolio showcasing examples of both visual design and digital marketing content, along with a short-written statement or video introduction sharing the creative philosophy and approach.Interview ModeTeams interviewJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
