Senior Architect

Roles & Responsibilities - Senior Architect - Borivali, Mumbai

Male Candidates Only

• Preparation of working drawings, conceptual drawings etc.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure

successful project execution.

• Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of architectural drawings, specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards,

including Municipal Drawing and AutoDCR compliance (DCPR 2034).

(If Applicable)

• Prepare and present detailed design documentation using AutoCAD/ZWCAD, Microsoft

Office, and other design tools.

• Conduct site visits at various project stages to monitor construction progress and address any

design or compliance issues.

• Collaborate with MEP and Structural teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and team members to foster professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative construction techniques.
• Lead and oversee the architectural design process for large-scale and complex projects.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Utilize the AutoDCR Online Console Portal for regulatory submissions and updates.
• Provide regular updates on the status of files, approvals, and documentation with relevant

departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
