Job Title – Architect

Qualification: M. Arch

Experience: Minimum 6 Years

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure smooth coordination between internal and external agencies and to streamline project execution through effective and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design research and development
• Prepare design briefs in coordination with Design Head
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants
• Prepare payment notes and tracking sheets
• Ensure compliance with company processes and standards

Stage-wise Responsibilities:

1. Design Stage

• Design research and development
• Prepare concept and sales drawings as per local authority norms
• Invite architects and float tenders for new projects
• Finalize drawings after construction and sales approvals
• Coordinate site surveys and testing activities

2. Before Construction Stage

• Appointment of all consultants
• Finalize column positions, utilities, levels, and road layouts
• Coordinate RCC framing, structural and services drawings
• Provide value engineering inputs for RCC, finishing, and services
• Coordinate for Environmental Clearance (EC)
• Issue GFC and advance drawings to QS, Contracts, and Site teams
• Obtain statutory and authority approvals on time

3. During Construction Stage

• Ensure implementation of instructions from Design and Construction Head
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution as per drawings
• Approve mock-ups in coordination with Design Head
• Optimize materials and design to control project budget

4. After Construction Stage

• Prepare as-built drawings
• Identify and report mistakes for future improvement
