Whether working in a lively nightclub, elegant restaurant, or bustling banquet setting, you&rsquo;ll thrive in a fast-paced environment that celebrates hospitality excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.</li><li>Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-service.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service requests during events like banquets or catering functions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; previous retail math or food industry experience is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with serving at large events like banquets or catering is advantageous.</li><li>Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to support a lively hospitality environment.
