Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service requests during events like banquets or catering functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; previous retail math or food industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with serving at large events like banquets or catering is advantageous.
