 Motofast Group, a leading and fast-growing export manufacturing company, is seeking a talented and motivated Female Export Merchandiser to join our team. This position is strictly open only for candidates residing in Sialkot, due to its on-site nature.
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage complete export merchandising operations for international buyers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate between production, sampling, quality control, and logistics departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare export documentation, including PI, invoices, packing lists, and shipment schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with international clients regarding updates, approvals, and feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track order progress to ensure on-time production and shipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain costing sheets, order details, and tracking records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality standards meet buyer requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support management in new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Female candidates only (as per company policy).
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be a resident of Sialkot &mdash; local candidates will be prioritized.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in export merchandising (preferably in the Sialkot industry).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English communication skills (verbal &amp; written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email communication).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong follow-up attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
 </li>
