Motofast Group, a leading and fast-growing export manufacturing company, is seeking a talented and motivated Female Export Merchandiser to join our team. This position is strictly open only for candidates residing in Sialkot, due to its on-site nature.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage complete export merchandising operations for international buyers.
• Coordinate between production, sampling, quality control, and logistics departments.
• Prepare export documentation, including PI, invoices, packing lists, and shipment schedules.
• Communicate with international clients regarding updates, approvals, and feedback.
• Track order progress to ensure on-time production and shipment.
• Maintain costing sheets, order details, and tracking records.
• Ensure quality standards meet buyer requirements.
• Support management in new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (as per company policy).
• Must be a resident of Sialkot — local candidates will be prioritized.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in export merchandising (preferably in the Sialkot industry).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email communication).
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong follow-up attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
