ACCOUNTS MANAGERJob Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the accounting and financial activities of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial management, statutory compliance, and team leadership, with a proven track record in the textile or retail industry.Qualification: MCOM/MBA FINANCEExperience: 5+ years of relevant experienceSalary: 30000-50000 per monthBenefits: Free food and accommodation providedKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial closing.</li><li>Handle statutory compliances.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.</li><li>Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial forecasting.</li><li>Monitor and control branch-wise expense reports and cost management.</li><li>Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.</li><li>Lead and train the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial activities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting softwares and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Prior experience in the textile or retail sector will be given preference.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
