Job Title: Billing Staff(MALE)Location: All KeralaJob Summary:We are looking for detail oriented male billing staff for our retail factory outlet. The Billing Staff is responsible for preparing accurate bills for customers, handling point-of-sale (POS) systems, and maintaining records of all sales transactions. The role requires excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and generate customer bills accurately using the billing software.</li><li>Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and offers are applied.</li><li>Handle cash, card, UPI, and other modes of payment.</li><li>Maintain proper records of daily sales and submit reports to the accounts team.</li><li>Assist customers during checkout and ensure a smooth billing experience.</li><li>Reconcile cash and receipts at the end of each shift.</li><li>Report discrepancies in billing or inventory to the supervisor.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the billing counter.</li><li>Follow all company procedures regarding billing, returns, and customer service.</li><li>Coordinate with floor staff and inventory team for stock or price issues.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two / Graduate.</li><li>Prior experience in billing or cashiering preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Trustworthy and honest in handling cash and customer data.</li><li>Ready to relocate (Accomodation Provided)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,100.00 - &#8377;16,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
