Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the accounting and financial activities of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial management, statutory compliance, and team leadership, with a proven track record in the textile or retail industry.

Qualification: MCOM/MBA FINANCE

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Salary: 30000-50000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial closing.
• Handle statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial forecasting.
• Monitor and control branch-wise expense reports and cost management.
• Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Lead and train the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting softwares and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in the textile or retail sector will be given preference.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
