<p>As Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll create and coordinate social media/networking opportunities and web-based viral campaigns. You'll also manage content for online platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.</p>
<p>Additionally, you'll:</p>
<ul><li>Seek digital solutions to support marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Perform web quality assurance on all current web properties and coordinate web updates with relevant departments.</li>
<li>Maintain digital marketing asset folder including email creative archives, banners, and more. Work within current tool set to monitor online messages regarding brand and respond within scope of authority.</li>
<li>Assist in tracking archives of online mentions and any responses to report as needed and identify common questions, concerns, and suggestions.</li>
<li>Remain current with policies, regulations, and advances in social media, internet marketing, and email marketing.</li>
<li>Assist with reporting, online advertising, mobile marketing, social media management, promotions, analytics, HTML updates, email deployment, and identifying online marketing opportunities as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in the creation, deployment, and management of on-property digital assets (e.g. digital restaurant menus, casino floor advertisements, etc.).</li>
<li>Help organize and execute special events and assist with all promotional efforts.</li>
<li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>On-site presence at our Detroit location is required to align closely with internal departments, live event schedules, and property branding needs.</b></p>

<br><p></p><div><div><div><ul><li>Three years prior marketing experience (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Equivalent Experience (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).</li>
<li>Must have previous experience managing Social Media strategy and communities for a mid-large sized organization.</li>
<li>Must be able to portray an in-depth understanding of HTML5, CSS, and other web design applications.</li>
<li>Previous experience with web-based social media and analytical programs. Experience with Google Analytics preferred.</li>
<li>A strong background in SEO, paid search/display, and social media advertising is required.</li>
<li>Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience with Marketing Clouds, especially email marketing. Experience with Salesforce preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p>
