**********FREE ACCOMMODATION**********We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC &amp; MEP Technician to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance (AMC) of a residential/commercial building, ensuring all systems run efficiently.Key Responsibilities* HVAC/AC: Perform routine servicing, gas charging, compressor replacement, and troubleshooting for Split, Window, and Centralized AC units.* MEP Services: Handle general Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing repairs, including water pumps, water heaters, and electrical distribution boards.* Emergency Repairs: Respond quickly to tenant complaints and resolve technical issues effectively.Requirements* Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in AC/MEP maintenance in the UAE.* Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing.* Certifications: Technical diploma or vocational training in HVAC or Electrical engineering preferred.* Availability: Ready to join immediately.* Language: Basic English (required); Hindi/Urdu Arabic is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
