AC & MEP Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC & MEP Technician to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance (AMC) of a residential/commercial building, ensuring all systems run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* HVAC/AC: Perform routine servicing, gas charging, compressor replacement, and troubleshooting for Split, Window, and Centralized AC units.

* MEP Services: Handle general Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing repairs, including water pumps, water heaters, and electrical distribution boards.

* Emergency Repairs: Respond quickly to tenant complaints and resolve technical issues effectively.

Requirements

* Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in AC/MEP maintenance in the UAE.

* Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing.

* Certifications: Technical diploma or vocational training in HVAC or Electrical engineering preferred.

* Availability: Ready to join immediately.

* Language: Basic English (required); Hindi/Urdu Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
