 &bull; Ability to maintain a sophisticated targeted network to leverage for search while building meaningful
 
 
 genuine long term appropriate relationships with potential candidates and contacts of value
 
 
 &bull; Able to build deep knowledge and insight on candidate pools in complex sector/functional topics
