About the Role :We are looking for a well-presented, pleasant, and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and must demonstrate a warm and welcoming attitude along with strong communication and multitasking skills.Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently</li><li>Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable</li><li>Manage appointments, meeting room schedules, and visitor logs</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail / courier packages</li><li>Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning)</li><li>Coordinate with different departments when required</li><li>Provide general support to clients, employees, and management</li></ul>Required Skills :<ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Pleasant, polite, and professional demeanor</li><li>Smart and presentable appearance</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li><li>Previous receptionist experience.</li></ul>Interested candidates can call us directly at our office number : +91 9072 333 115Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;19,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
