We&rsquo;re looking for a rockstar Operations Manager to help lead the charge and keep our crew on point.Position Overview:As our Operations Manager, you&rsquo;ll be the right hand to the General Manager &mdash; making sure the hotel runs smoothly, our team stays motivated, and guests leave with stories worth sharing. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to lead and elevate our Rooms and F&amp;B operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about hospitality, ready to grow, and committed to delivering the best possible experience to every guest. You&rsquo;ll oversee daily operations across Front Office and Food &amp; Beverage, and support departments, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage day-to-day operations across Rooms and Food and Beverage.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to ensure guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and brand standards.</li><li>Drive service excellence through training, coaching, and performance management.</li><li>Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.</li><li>Support revenue and cost control initiatives while maintaining high service levels.</li><li>Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation.</li><li>Assist in strategic planning and execution of hotel initiatives.</li><li>Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.</li><li>Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring service is always fast, friendly, and on-brand.</li><li>Hire, train, and develop a high-performing crew that brings the Moxy attitude every day.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to help hit performance targets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and property procedures.</li><li>Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with flair and professionalism.</li><li>Jump in wherever needed &mdash; we&rsquo;re a team that hustles together.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1+ years of hotel operations experience, preferably in a lifestyle property.</li><li>Proven leadership in both Rooms and Food &amp; Beverage operations.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Passion for guest service and team development.</li><li>Passionate about people and delivering standout service.</li><li>Energetic, proactive, and cool under pressure &mdash; you thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Knowledge of FOSSE is a plus.</li></ul>Bring your bold.
