We’re looking for a rockstar Operations Manager to help lead the charge and keep our crew on point.

Position Overview:

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager — making sure the hotel runs smoothly, our team stays motivated, and guests leave with stories worth sharing. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to lead and elevate our Rooms and F&B operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about hospitality, ready to grow, and committed to delivering the best possible experience to every guest. You’ll oversee daily operations across Front Office and Food & Beverage, and support departments, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across Rooms and Food and Beverage.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and brand standards.
  • Drive service excellence through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Support revenue and cost control initiatives while maintaining high service levels.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation.
  • Assist in strategic planning and execution of hotel initiatives.
  • Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring service is always fast, friendly, and on-brand.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing crew that brings the Moxy attitude every day.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to help hit performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and property procedures.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with flair and professionalism.
  • Jump in wherever needed — we’re a team that hustles together.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of hotel operations experience, preferably in a lifestyle property.
  • Proven leadership in both Rooms and Food & Beverage operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for guest service and team development.
  • Passionate about people and delivering standout service.
  • Energetic, proactive, and cool under pressure — you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of FOSSE is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
