Calendar Management:<ul><li>Manage and coordinate the Exports Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and</li></ul>travel arrangements prepare itinerary.2. Communication and Correspondence:<ul><li>Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Exports Director.</li></ul><ul><li>Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordination&rsquo;s with buyers and follow up with them.</li></ul>3. Meeting Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, collating relevant</li></ul>materials, and arranging logistics.<ul><li>Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.</li></ul>4. Travel Arrangements:<ul><li>Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for the Exports Director.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all travel-related logistics, including accommodations and transportation, are efficiently managed.</li></ul>5. Document Management:<ul><li>Manage and organize confidential and sensitive information with discretion.</li></ul>6. Relationship Management:<ul><li>Act as a liaison between the Exports Director and other departments within the organization.</li></ul><ul><li>Vendor management</li></ul>7. Expense Management:<ul><li>Process and manage expense reports for the Exports Director.</li></ul>Sales Team handling<ul><li>Coordination with sales team</li></ul><ul><li>CRM software management</li></ul>Exhibitions Plans<ul><li>Graphic Designing</li></ul><ul><li>Manage Buyers directory</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or exports-related environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><ul><li>High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.</li></ul><ul><li>Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What's your current CTC?</li><li>What's your Expected CTC ?</li><li>Are you available to work from our office located in ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ismailabad, Haryana (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
