About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) to manage statutory compliance, corporate governance, and secretarial matters of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Companies Act, board processes, ROC filings, corporate documentation, and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and all statutory regulations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain statutory registers, minutes, resolutions, notices, and agenda for Board/Committee/General Meetings.
- Handle ROC filings, annual returns, event-based filings (DIR/KYC, PAS, SH, MGT, AOC forms, etc.).
- Assist in board meetings, drafting minutes, resolutions, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely regulatory reporting and maintain corporate records.
- Manage shareholder communication, share certificates, and transfer/transmission matters.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal consultants, and internal teams for compliance matters.
- Support in corporate governance, policy drafting, and secretarial audits.
- Advise management on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.
Required Qualifications
- CS Qualified from ICSI (membership or pursuing associate membership).
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, SEBI/Listing (if applicable), FEMA, and secretarial standards.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MCA portal and e-filing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
