Server (Part-Time) &ndash; Discovery Bay Yacht Club featuring MP Catering Company Discovery Bay, CA Hourly + Tips Part-Time | Evening, Brunch &amp; Event ShiftsJob Summary: We are hiring Servers to join our team at our restaurant inside the Discovery Bay Yacht Club. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining environment. We offer a combination of weekly dinner service and private events, providing a dynamic and engaging work experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests and members</li><li>Take accurate orders and input into POS system</li><li>Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and responsive service</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas</li><li>Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown</li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Friday evenings (4:00 PM &ndash; 9:00/10:00 PM)</li><li>Tuesday evenings (4:30 PM -8:00 PM)</li><li>Additional shifts available for private events, holidays, and brunch services</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1+ year of serving or restaurant experience preferred (not required)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly wage + tips</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Opportunities for additional hours through private events</li><li>Supportive team environment with growth potential</li></ul>Work Location: Discovery Bay Yacht Club &ndash; Discovery Bay, CAHow to Apply: Submit your resume through Indeed along with your availability.
