Job Summary:
We are hiring Servers to join our team at our restaurant inside the Discovery Bay Yacht Club. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining environment. We offer a combination of weekly dinner service and private events, providing a dynamic and engaging work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests and members
• Take accurate orders and input into POS system
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and responsive service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Schedule:

• Friday evenings (4:00 PM – 9:00/10:00 PM)
• Tuesday evenings (4:30 PM -8:00 PM)
• Additional shifts available for private events, holidays, and brunch services

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of serving or restaurant experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
