This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting a dynamic team.Duties<ul><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Handle correspondence from tenants</li><li>Organize maintenance and call log records and nessages</li><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical skills</li><li>Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools</li><li>Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual abilities-English and spanish proficiency is a must for this job</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style</li><li>Ability to type quickly with high accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading documents is essential</li><li>Previous office or administrative experience is preferred; personal assistant experience is advantageous</li></ul>This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their administrative expertise in a vibrant work environment.Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
