Secretary/Receptionist

Job Summary
We are a real estate management office seeking an energetic and organized Secretary .In this vital role you will handle multi-line phone systems, deal with with tenant complaints and address their concerns. Your positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with office technology will help ensure smooth daily operations and a professional environment. Duties

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle correspondence from tenants
  • Organize maintenance and call log records and nessages
  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities-English and spanish proficiency is a must for this job
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
  • Ability to type quickly with high accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading documents is essential
  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred; personal assistant experience is advantageous
