 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engage with operations, engineering, and management stakeholders in Oil &amp; Gas projects to understand business needs and identify opportunities where AI/ML can add value (e.g. predictive maintenance, production optimization, drilling performance).
 </li>
 <li>
 Define, document, and prioritize AI/ML use cases; develop business cases with cost-benefit and ROI analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Data Scientists and AI Engineers; define success metrics and KPIs linked to business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with data teams to ensure high quality, relevant datasets: identify data sources, assess data integrity, clean, preprocess, and validate data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support model development efforts by ensuring assumptions, constraints, and domain knowledge are properly communicated and incorporated.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in prototyping, testing, validating and deploying machine learning / AI models; ensure user acceptance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop dashboards and visualizations to present model results, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor deployed models: evaluate performance, detect drift, manage versioning, suggest retraining or refinements as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety, ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies around AI usage, data privacy, bias, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation: use-cases, model behavior, limitations, lessons learned.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a quantitative, engineering, or technical field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics). Master&rsquo;s / advanced degree is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 6 years of experience in business analysis or product analytics, ideally in the Oil &amp; Gas or energy sector; prior exposure to AI / ML projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with tools and languages relevant to data science / AI workflows: SQL, Python / R, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of AI/ML concepts: model training, validation, overfitting/underfitting, metrics (precision, recall, ROC, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills: able to bridge between domain experts (engineers, geoscientists, operations) and technical teams; explain complex technical issues in business-friendly terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, creating functional spec documents, user stories, use-cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in monitoring model performance, handling data quality issues, and iterative model improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and ambiguity.
 </li>

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Responsible for the complete project life cycle of catering to the client&rsquo;s requirement starting from understanding the needs (contractual and commercial); sourcing &amp; screening through sourcing specialists, scheduling / conducting interviews, candidate finalization and mobilization date confirmation followed by handing over to contracts and logistics section.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct regular client visits; ensure high quality services are extended to the clients.
 
 
 &bull; Plays a vital role in ensuring that the da-to-day operations related to meeting the clients&rsquo; requirements is achieved.
 
 
 &bull; Responsible to adhere to the set KPIs for responding to client&rsquo;s requirements.

 &bull; Responsible to adhere to and work towards achieving the business measures, set guidelines, company&rsquo;s standard operating procedures and strategies.
 
 
 &bull; Responsible to provide the sourcing specialist with the complete job description and terms and conditions for the requested job search.
 
 
 &bull; Responsible to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of business from the Clients.
 
 
 &bull; Obtain regular feedback from the clients and adopts strategies to improve the service performance in co-ordination with the Operations Director.
 
 
 &bull; Responsible to adhere to MPH Quality Management System while performing the tasks.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure client satisfaction in all aspects and consistent growth in revenue/ profit margin as targeted by the Management.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinates with the sourcing specialists to obtain the suitable resume&rsquo;s matching the client&rsquo;s requirements.

 &bull; Obtain feedback from the Client after the interview and finalize the commercial proposal if the consultant is to be mobilized
 
 
 &bull; Studies the terms and accords approval for contract.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure that all documents related to mobilization are forwarded to the clients.
 
 
 &bull; Co-ordinate with Contracts and Logistics, Finance and Business Development Departments in resolving issues related to Operations.
 
 
 &bull; Follow up with Client/ Sourcing Specialists on matters related to Recruitment.

 &bull; Negotiates with the Consultant/ Client and finalize the terms and conditions during the contract renewal/ amendment.
 
 
 &bull; Prepares monthly Performance Reports as required by the Operations Director.
 
 
 &bull; Prepares Clients visit reports and circulate to Operations Director and Commercial Director.
 
 
 &bull; Generate projections (evolved from client visits), appraise the Operations Director during monthly Account Review Meetings of the projections anticipated from three months and above; for intimating the Head of Sourcing to be ready with the required No. of suitable resumes for anticipated requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Responsible to be adept with the competitor information for the projects/ clients assigned and appraise the Operations Director.
 
 
 &bull; Responsible to do Lost/ Won Business Analysis.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills &amp; Experience]:

 Degree in any Discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 5 to 6 years&rsquo; experience in similar industry, Oil and Gas industry awareness is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate fluently with Clients and understand their requirements. Fluent in English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 IT skills like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills.
 </li>

 Proven experience in managing accounts during the
 
 construction phase
 
 of projects for
 
 oil and gas operators.
