We are looking for a <b>Vendors &amp; Subcontractors QC Lead </b>for one of our clients with the following details:</p><p><b>
Location: Istanbul, Turkey, with missions in Iraq</b></p><p><b>
Scheme: Resident</b></p><p><b>
Start: APRIL 2026</b></p><p><b>
Duration: 24 months, extendable
</b></p><p>Qualification and Experience required:</p><ul><li><b>
Local candidates preferred
</b></li><li>Degree: Diploma/ Degree in technical discipline,</li><li>
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil &amp; Gas Industry or Heavy industries with similar large-scale projects and context in Contract, Engineering and Construction activities for Onshore (or Onshore yards) projects,</li></ul><p>
Technical competencies:</p><ul><li>
Experience in Quality Supervision, Inspection coordination, Procurement, Non-destructive Examination and Welding,</li><li>
Experience in Engineering discipline might be a plus,</li></ul><p>
The main missions and activities of the Job Holder are as follows:</p><ul><li>
Put in place, together with the main Contractor Procurement Quality Team, all the tools of Quality Follow up, Inspections, Reporting and Progress measurement for his activity,</li><li>
Review and close follow-up of EPSCC Contractor's procurement process and planning to ensure full compliance with contract requirements in regards with Quality Assurance and Control aspects,</li><li>
Assess Contractor's Project Supply Chain Quality Surveillance Program to verify full compliance of supply chain products &amp; services with Project Quality Requirements, including ISO 9001:2015,</li><li>
Carry Out Quality Assessment Measures, Survey and Audits at Suppliers, Vendors and Site Fabrication Facilities of Contractor(s),</li><li>
Follow, challenge and close the Non-Conformances together with Contractor and Quality Team,</li><li>
Take the lead for the management of Quality for Company provided items (to Contractor), if any,</li><li>
Interface with Quality Lead to solve any Quality issue delaying the delivery of the Vendors equipment or delaying the Subcontractors' activity,</li><li>
Interact with EPC &amp; Company Project Document Controllers to ensure that all the relevant documentation is well submitted, reviewed and compiled by using NEW PRODOM,</li><li>
Identify at early stage and close, if possible, all Quality-Related Issues together with Quality Lead and Contractor Quality Team,</li><li>
Participate to meetings with Contractors and Vendors as required,</li><li>
Promote and support a positive safety culture within the Company Site Team and with the Contractors,</li><li>
Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding Ethics and Project &quot;Code of conduct&quot; policy,</li><li>
Observe strict confidentiality in the performance of his duties, all along the course of the Project,</li><li>
Carry out any other duties or tasks that may be required by the position.</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
