<div><p>We are looking for a <b>Subsea Coordinator </b>for one of our clients with the following details:</p><p><b>Location: Doha, Qatar</b></p><p><b>Contract Duration: 1 year (with possible extension)</b></p><p>Qualification and Experience Required: </p><ul><li>Experienced HSE Top Up Diver &amp; preferably Closed Bell Diver (or equivalent)</li><li>IMCA Air Dive Supervisor or IMCA Closed Bell Supervisor</li><li>Preferably C.S.W.I.P 3.1u (or higher)</li><li>Preferably Introduction to Dive System Auditing Course</li><li>Preferably Introduction to DP course</li><li>Experience with SPM maintenance, Inspection Repair Maintenance (IRM), Subsea Umbilicals, Risers &amp; Flowlines installation (SURF)</li><li>Must have at least 10 years of experience as Diving Superintendent</li></ul><p>Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):</p><ul><li>Capable supporting multiple activities with a high degree of accuracy against defined deadlines</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English skills</li><li>Strong technical and problem solving skills</li><li>Strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational, coordination, planning and interface skills</li><li>High level of proactivity, negotiating and influential skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office suite of software programs</li><li>Preferably Proficient in MS Project</li><li>Valid OPITO H2S and T-BOSIET trainings</li></ul><p>Job Purpose &amp; Key Accountabilities:</p><ul><li>The purpose of this role is to support the Diving Operations Specialist (TRP) with the supervision and monitoring of all manned and unmanned subsea operations carried out by the company, to ensure they are in line with international best practice, classification society rules, flag state, local regulations, and company standards.</li><li>The job holder shall contribute and participate in the application of a robust audit and assurance program on personnel and equipment mobilised to support company subsea work scopes, reducing the company's exposure to major risk.</li></ul><p>Job Dimensions:</p><ul><li>The role requires a high level of proactivity, organizational skills and a good understating of underwater operations and guidelines to ensure the departments activities and fully supported, optimized, documented, and safely delivered.</li><li>The job holder acts as DoA for the Diving Operations Specialist (TRP)</li><li>Number of Vessels Supported: 1+</li><li>Number of Contracts Supported: 2+</li><li>Number of People Supervised: Nil</li><li>Number of Audits: 10+ (annually)</li></ul><p>Activities:</p><p>HSE</p><ul><li>Demonstrate an Incident Free attitude through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture.</li><li>Ensure all activities carried out under the supervision of the role comply with the companies HSE policy.</li><li>Propose &amp; monitor strategies and technology to support the companies GHG reduction targets.</li><li>Support Incident Investigations and reporting processes, ensuing identification of root causes and capturing of lessons learned.</li></ul><p>Financial</p><ul><li>Demonstrate a cost focus culture to ensure sustainable value is delivered.</li><li>Demonstrate cost efficiency within the area of responsibility.</li></ul><p>Operations</p><ul><li>Support the Diving Operations Specialist (TRP) in the creation and review of company CMS standards and guidelines.</li><li>Support and encourage the development of local talent, ensuring development plans are followed, experience and knowledge shared.</li><li>Document and record department performance KPI's as agreed by N+1 and N+2</li><li>Support resolution orientated communication and strategic connection among critical stakeholders to implement solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure CMS rules, standards, policies, and guidelines covering subsea personnel and equipment are applied and monitored in accordance with international regulations and standards, classification society, flag state, local regulations, Industry best practice and company procedures.</li><li>Maintain a robust audit and assurance program, ensuring personnel and equipment mobilised to support company subsea operations are in full compliance with international regulations and standards, classification society, flag state, local regulations, Industry best practice and company procedures.</li><li>Support contract management, ensure contractors are in full compliance with procedural and contractual requirements.</li><li>Support operational changes, delivering solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.</li><li>Ensure the N+1 routinely provided with highlights, concerns and trends related to company subsea activity.</li><li>Participate in industry forums related to subsea operations.</li></ul><p><b>If Interested Kindly apply.</b></p></div></div><div></div>
