Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Accounting &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.</li><li>Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.</li><li>Preparation and review of Trial Balance, Profit &amp; Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.</li><li>Ensure proper accounting of revenue, expenses, accruals, and provisions.</li></ul>Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Handle GST compliance including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation).</li><li>TDS compliance: calculation, deduction, payment, and filing of returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.).</li><li>Coordination for Income Tax returns and assessments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other statutory requirements.</li></ul>Audit &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.</li><li>Prepare schedules, explanations, and documents for audits.</li><li>Address audit queries and ensure timely closure.</li><li>Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.</li></ul>Banking &amp; Cash Management<ul><li>Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a periodic basis.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and fund requirements.</li><li>Liaison with banks for routine banking operations and documentation.</li></ul>Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable<ul><li>Supervise vendor payments and ensure timely processing.</li><li>Review customer receivables and follow up on outstanding balances.</li><li>Ensure proper reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Employee Accounting<ul><li>Handle employee reimbursements, advances, and settlements.</li><li>Oversee compliance related to PF, ESIC, and professional tax.</li></ul>Team Supervision &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Guide and review work of Junior Accountants.</li><li>Improve accounting processes and internal controls.</li><li>Assist in implementation of ERP/accounting software.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you proficient in Tally</li><li>Willingness to travel to Undri or closeby area</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sr Accountant: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Undri, Pune, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
