About Us:We are a growing smoke shop looking to build a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable team. Our store carries vape products, tobacco, cigars, glass, kratom, CBD/THC alternatives, and accessories. We&rsquo;re looking for people who can provide great customer service and help create a clean, safe, and positive shopping environment.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly assistance.</li><li>Answer questions about vape devices, juices, coils, glass pieces, and other smoke shop products.</li><li>Verify customer IDs for all age-restricted purchases (must follow Florida law).</li><li>Ring up purchases accurately; handle cash, cards, and returns.</li><li>Keep the shop clean and organized (counters, displays, floors, and cases).</li><li>Restock shelves, update product displays, and rotate inventory.</li><li>Learn new products and stay aware of trends in vaping, glass, and wellness products.</li><li>Handle customer concerns and provide problem-solving when needed.</li><li>Follow store procedures for security and loss prevention.</li><li>Open/close the store depending on shift.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must be 21+ to sell tobacco/vape products (Florida law).</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.</li><li>Ability to work independently and stay productive.</li><li>Reliable, responsible, and punctual.</li><li>Customer service or smoke shop/vape shop experience is a plus but not required &mdash; we will train the right person.</li></ul>Shifts Available:<ul><li>Morning</li><li>Mid</li><li>Evening</li><li>Weekends preferred but flexible scheduling available</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>weekly bonus</li><li>Promotion opportunities as we expand</li></ul>How to Apply:Apply directly through Indeed or stop by the store for an in-person application.
