About Us:

We are a growing smoke shop looking to build a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable team. Our store carries vape products, tobacco, cigars, glass, kratom, CBD/THC alternatives, and accessories. We’re looking for people who can provide great customer service and help create a clean, safe, and positive shopping environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly assistance.
• Answer questions about vape devices, juices, coils, glass pieces, and other smoke shop products.
• Verify customer IDs for all age-restricted purchases (must follow Florida law).
• Ring up purchases accurately; handle cash, cards, and returns.
• Keep the shop clean and organized (counters, displays, floors, and cases).
• Restock shelves, update product displays, and rotate inventory.
• Learn new products and stay aware of trends in vaping, glass, and wellness products.
• Handle customer concerns and provide problem-solving when needed.
• Follow store procedures for security and loss prevention.
• Open/close the store depending on shift.

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ to sell tobacco/vape products (Florida law).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Customer service or smoke shop/vape shop experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person.

Shifts Available:

• Morning
• Mid
• Evening
• Weekends preferred but flexible scheduling available
