 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Construction Estimator located in Azle, TX. The Retail Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing thorough construction cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing project budgets. Additional responsibilities include evaluating project plans, collaborating with team members to establish accurate forecasts, and ensuring all project costs align with allocated budgets and client expectations.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 Expertise in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in relevant construction estimation software
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with retail and commercial construction projects is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
 </li>
