Retail Construction Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Construction Estimator located in Azle, TX. The Retail Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing thorough construction cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing project budgets. Additional responsibilities include evaluating project plans, collaborating with team members to establish accurate forecasts, and ensuring all project costs align with allocated budgets and client expectations.

• Expertise in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
• Proficiency in relevant construction estimation software
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with retail and commercial construction projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
