Project Estimator/Project Manager

**Duties:**

- Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate estimates.

- Conduct site visits to gather information for estimating purposes.

- Review construction plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine project scope and requirements.

- Research market trends and supplier prices to prepare competitive bids.

- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure all project details are agreed upon.

- Prepare and present project estimates to clients and stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to estimates as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of project estimates and contracts.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in wastewater construction estimating and project management.

- Proficiency in viewpoint and Bluebeam.

- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.

- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced construction environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- High school diploma; degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work at a construction site as needed.

- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $68,896.00 - $89,950.00 per year
