We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service, food quality, and smooth service delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with Company standards and SOPs.</li><li>Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.</li><li>Monitor sales, costs, wastage, stock, and overall operational performance.</li><li>Ensure food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.</li><li>Manage staffing, attendance, performance, and team discipline in coordination with HR.</li><li>Monitor equipment, maintenance, and proper use of Company assets.</li><li>Prepare operational reports and communicate important issues to management.</li><li>Drive achievement of restaurant KPIs and support sales initiatives.</li><li>Perform other duties assigned by senior management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced F&amp;B environment.</li><li>Willing to relocate to Al Ain</li></ul>Pay: AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
