Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service, food quality, and smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with Company standards and SOPs.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales, costs, wastage, stock, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.
• Manage staffing, attendance, performance, and team discipline in coordination with HR.
• Monitor equipment, maintenance, and proper use of Company assets.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate important issues to management.
• Drive achievement of restaurant KPIs and support sales initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Willing to relocate to Al Ain

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
