ASP.NET Core / C# Developer &ndash; Hospital Management SystemExperience: Minimum 3+ Years in .NET Development Location: Remote ) Employment Type: Full-time / RemoteWe are looking for a skilled ASP.NET Core Developer to design, develop, and maintain a Hospital Management Web Application using C#, ADO.NET, MS SQL Server, and Web APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with database design, triggers, version control (Git), and enterprise-level application development.You will be responsible for developing secure, scalable, and high-performance healthcare software modules such as Patient Management, OPD/IPD, Billing, Lab Reports, Doctor Scheduling, and more.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop hospital web applications using ASP.NET Core (MVC/Web API)</li><li>front end design with latest framework and modern dashboard design</li><li>Implement backend logic using C# and ADO.NET (no Entity Framework)</li><li>Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs for frontend, mobile apps, and third-party systems</li><li>Design and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including:</li><li>Stored Procedures</li><li>Triggers</li><li>Views</li><li>Indexes &amp; Performance Tuning</li><li>Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access (Admin, Doctor, Nurse, Reception, Accounts, etc.)</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices</li><li>Use Git for source control, branching, and team collaboration</li><li>Debug, test, and optimize application performance</li><li>Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and architecture decisions</li><li>Ensure data security, especially for patient and medical records</li><li>Work closely with frontend developers and stakeholders</li></ul>Required SkillsCore Technical Skills<ul><li>ASP.NET Core (MVC &amp; Web API)</li><li>C# (.NET)</li><li>ADO.NET (strong hands-on)</li><li>Microsoft SQL Server</li><li>Tables, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers</li><li>Web API Development &amp; Integration</li><li>Git / Version Control</li></ul>Additional Skills (Preferred)<ul><li>Understanding of Hospital / Healthcare domain workflows</li><li>Knowledge of JWT / Token-based authentication</li><li>Experience with API security, encryption, and data validation</li><li>Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap)</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus</li></ul>Experience Requirement<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in ASP.NET Core / C# development</li><li>At least 1+ year experience working with MS SQL Server (procedures, triggers, views)</li><li>Experience in building enterprise or healthcare-related applications is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Freelance Contract length: 12 monthsPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: RemoteApplication Deadline: 19/01/2026
