ASP.NET Core / C# Developer – Hospital Management System

We are looking for a skilled ASP.NET Core Developer to design, develop, and maintain a Hospital Management Web Application using C#, ADO.NET, MS SQL Server, and Web APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with database design, triggers, version control (Git), and enterprise-level application development.

You will be responsible for developing secure, scalable, and high-performance healthcare software modules such as Patient Management, OPD/IPD, Billing, Lab Reports, Doctor Scheduling, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop hospital web applications using ASP.NET Core (MVC/Web API)
• front end design with latest framework and modern dashboard design
• Implement backend logic using C# and ADO.NET (no Entity Framework)
• Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs for frontend, mobile apps, and third-party systems
• Design and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including:
• Stored Procedures
• Triggers
• Views
• Indexes & Performance Tuning
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access (Admin, Doctor, Nurse, Reception, Accounts, etc.)
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
• Use Git for source control, branching, and team collaboration
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and architecture decisions
• Ensure data security, especially for patient and medical records
• Work closely with frontend developers and stakeholders

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ASP.NET Core / C# development
• At least 1+ year experience working with MS SQL Server (procedures, triggers, views)
• Experience in building enterprise or healthcare-related applications is an advantage

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
