Job Description Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products educational information clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities. We are seeking high caliber candidates for Professional Medical Representative to join our Vaccines Unit team. The selected individual will represent our company on an assigned territory in a complex and dynamic professional business environment. The primary responsibility of the PMR is to communicate effectively either individually or in groups with customers in a manner which encourages the use of our company products where indicated. These communications require the effective selection and use of a variety of support systems to accurately convey technical and economic information so our company products will be prescribed when indicated. The incumbent works under the supervision of his / her immediate supervisor. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Understand the organization ethics and values fully and then apply that knowledge to their interactions - Ensure high level of ethical standards of business in place.</li> <li>Plans and executes calls to healthcare institutions within the assigned territory and in accordance with company Policies and Procedures and compliance with legislation.</li> <li>Working to raise awareness and advocacy level of HCPs in the assigned territory.</li> <li>Achieve his / her financial objectives and communicated KPIs.</li> <li>Actively managing territory plan and accounts in scope from planning & forecasting perspectives.</li> <li>Deploying marketing strategy and key tactics in the assigned territory to expand the assigned brands in line with our company values and procedures.</li> <li>Participates in scientific events for healthcare professionals.</li> <li>30% travel time.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in pharmaceutical sciences or any related discipline.</li> <li>Team worker self motivated ability to manage multitasks and tight schedules.</li> <li>From zero to 1 year of pharma or medical devices experience (Preferred).</li> <li>Experience in vaccine therapy area (Plus).</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft office.</li> <li>Accountable and results oriented.</li> <li>Eager to learn.</li> <li>Saudi National is a must base on local country regulation.</li> </ul> Required Skills: <ul> <li>Account Management</li> <li>Customer Relationship Management (CRM)</li> <li>Ethical Standards</li> <li>Interpersonal Relationships</li> <li>Market Analysis</li> <li>Microsoft Office</li> <li>Pharmaceutical Sciences</li> <li>Product Knowledge</li> <li>Sales Forecasting</li> <li>Self Motivation</li> </ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?cfX0j3ddO%2brMdWVQJaWe01GGKFWhdQBPh" width="0" height="0" />
