JOB DESCRIPTION<ul><li>Complete Incident Management adhering to defined SLAs</li><li>NOC Monitoring and respond to alerts</li><li>Respond to clients on mails</li><li>Liaise with the internal departments regarding sites with on-going implementation activities</li><li>Responsible for Escalation Management, both internal &amp; external escalation</li><li>Replicate issues and study event logs for errors or debugging</li><li>Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentation</li><li>Coordinates meetings with the product committee, project manager and functional management to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task</li><li>Keep the project manager and product committee informed of task accomplishment, issues and status</li><li>Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule</li><li>Prepare and publish daily, weekly and monthly data analysis, reports &amp; dashboards</li></ul>Note - Candidate should be comfortable to work in 24*7 shiftJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
