JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Complete Incident Management adhering to defined SLAs
  • NOC Monitoring and respond to alerts
  • Respond to clients on mails
  • Liaise with the internal departments regarding sites with on-going implementation activities
  • Responsible for Escalation Management, both internal & external escalation
  • Replicate issues and study event logs for errors or debugging
  • Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentation
  • Coordinates meetings with the product committee, project manager and functional management to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task
  • Keep the project manager and product committee informed of task accomplishment, issues and status
  • Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
  • Prepare and publish daily, weekly and monthly data analysis, reports & dashboards

Note - Candidate should be comfortable to work in 24*7 shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
